Upon booking with The Ruby Boutique, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions;


Please note, all prices quoted are ‘from’ and are based on dogs that are groomed within the recommended timeframes.


Dogs that have not been groomed within the recommended timeframes may incur additional costs, depending on the condition of the coat. I’ll give a fixed price upon seeing the dog when being booked in.



Dogs found to have fleas or mites will incur an extra £10 charge on top of the price quoted. This is to contribute to the cost of de-fleaing  the salon, and potentially having to cancel later appointments.



Although I will always do my best to save a coat if I can, if your dog is badly matted, in some cases I may need to shave the coat. This is to prevent the dog from being in unnecessary pain and discomfort when trying to remove large matts. I will discuss this with the owner prior to shaving the dog. This complies with the Animal Welfare Act; to prevent the animal from unnecessary suffering.

A matted dog will incur an extra £10 cost on top of the price quoted for the groom. This is because the groom will take additional time and care to complete, as well as causing additional wear and tear on blades and equipment.



It is asked that any cancellations  be made at least 48 hours before the appointment so that space can be filled. I understand that sometimes, life gets in the way and cancellations cannot be helped. However, if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, A deposit of 50% will be requested prior to booking your next appointment.
